Louisville Metro Office of Resilience and Community Services and Neighborhood Place are proud to play a role in helping individuals and families who have experienced a loss of income related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thanks to the generosity of community partners, financial assistance is available to help with rental assistance, childcare, transportation, food, and utilities. Income eligible households, with a verifiable loss of earned income since March 16, 2020 - directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic - and a demonstrated need, may apply to receive payment assistance up to $1,000 per household. Funds will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until available funding is expended.
Eligible residents are encouraged to apply more quickly by using our online portal where the application and documentation can be directly uploaded. If you have computer access, please hang up and visit louisvilleky.gov/oneloufund for more information.
Individuals without computer access who are not able to apply electronically, please set up a phone appointment using this online scheduler. Please note that there are a limited number of appointments and applicants are being served on a first come, first served basis.
For those using this online scheduler, the application process will be conducted by phone, I repeat by phone, with a staff member on the day of your appointment. We are not seeing clients face-to-face at this time.
